Scott Daley

Scott Daley is a physiotherapist, academic, and health leader with a diverse portfolio spanning clinical practice, higher education, and Aboriginal health. With over a decade of experience, he currently lectures in Physiotherapy at Monash University, where he integrates evidence-based clinical knowledge with student-centered education. He has held senior roles including Aboriginal Health Manager and Acting Executive Director at St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney, where he led strategic service redesign and culturally safe care initiatives. As the founder of InHome Rehabilitation, Scott also brings entrepreneurial experience and a commitment to community-based care. His work has earned national and international recognition, including awards from NSW Health and the International Hospital Federation for Social Responsibility. Scott is passionate about advancing equity in healthcare, mentoring future health professionals, and fostering interprofessional collaboration through education and research.
